Central Okanagan East & West
Central Okanagan East and West are made up of the unincorporated areas within the Regional District of Central Okanagan on the east and west sides of Okanagan Lake respectively.
Central Okanagan East
Located on the east side of Okanagan Lake and bordering the City of Kelowna, District of Lake Country and Westbank First Nation lands, Central Okanagan East includes the Ellison, Joe Rich and the South Slopes areas. Central Okanagan East is home to 3,795 residents and a mix of agricultural lands, rural acreages, residential neighborhoods and scenic terrain.
The area's parks and trails are popular with casual hikers and backcountry adventurers alike.
Central Okanagan West
Located on the west side of Okanagan Lake bordering the City of West Kelowna, Westbank First Nation and the District of Peachland, Central Okanagan West is made up of many communities including the North Westside and Brent Road-Trepanier areas and is home to 1,947 residents. Residents and visitors alike enjoy stunning vistas of Okanagan Lake, publicly accessible beaches and parks and abundant access to backcountry wilderness and recreation.
