For those who may not know, the COEDC Advisory Council is a conduit of information between business, community leaders and government. The council meets monthly to share information and work together towards sustainable economic growth. It is made up of 45 influential members consisting of industry leaders, community shapers and elected officials. One of these such members being Adriana Preston!
The aim of the Meet the COEDC campaign is to share with our community who the Economic Development Commission is and showcase the COEDC Advisory Council members who play a critical role guiding the regional economic development service.
Adriana is a resident of Peachland and is a Realtor with Century 21 Assurance Ltd. in Kelowna BC. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Business of Commerce with a specialization in Economics. During her years working in the corporate field, she furthered her education studying Finance, Business Administration and Accounting.
Her passion for Real Estate started 12 years ago while searching for her own home and later acquiring investment properties. She now helps others with their real estate investments to find their homes and grow their wealth. Along with being a member of the COEDC Advisory Council, Adriana volunteers as Vice-President of the Peachland Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Kelowna Woman in Business community.
She is very passionate about giving good advice and inspiring prosperity in Peachland and West Kelowna.
Adriana belongs to the Association of Interior Realtors, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and currently holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation.

I’m a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Assurance Realty Ltd., and Vice-President of the Peachland Chamber of Commerce.
What excites you about the future of your respective sector?
The Okanagan Valley is a highly desirable place to live, work and play and is quickly attracting people from all over the world. I enjoy being an ambassador for our community by providing quality Real Estate services that help families find their dream home and improve their quality of life in this beautiful Valley.
Why is participating in the Advisory Council important to you?
I enjoy serving other businesses in my community as well as volunteering, I believe it is important to collaborate, support and learn from other industries to create a better and greater community.
Why do you love living and working in the Okanagan?
The quality of life due to the weather and the location, but what I love the most is the people, in general everybody is happy and friendly, across the Okanagan you can feel a sense of community.
