SUMMARY:Becoming Defence Ready: Contract Security Program and Controlled Goods
DESCRIPTION:Presented by Export Navigator and 123 Defence\, this three-part webinar series is for B.C. SMEs considering the defence market. \n\n\n\n\nCompanies pursuing defence and dual-use opportunities may encounter requirements for organizational security screening\, personnel clearances\, protected information or Controlled Goods registration. These requirements can affect whether a company is eligible to bid\, how quickly it can begin work and the internal processes that may need to be in place. \nThis session will explain how Canada’s Contract Security Program and Controlled Goods Program work\, when they may apply and what companies need to do to prepare and get started.
