During this one-hour session, Crystal will share the three most essential traits that you need at every stage of business growth and answer your most pressing questions about managing a team and growing as a leader. Come prepared to participate and learn from your peers. You will have a chance to ask questions about your own business and Crystal’s leadership experience.

About Crystal Henrickson

Crystal Henrickson is an Executive in Residence at Accelerate Okanagan, a Co-Founder of the Talent Collective and a Certified Career and Leadership Coach.

Shining light on what lights you up at work, and removing what gets in your way, Crystal specializes in technology-driven work environments. She has spent her career in leadership roles: employee experience, marketing, and communications. She is most at home, and most impactful, in the chaotic, collaborative, progressive, disruptive technology ecosystem. In 2015, Crystal co-founded Talent Collective to coach career transitioners in finding their most fulfilling work and workplace leaders as they develop engaged teams and meaningful products.

Crystal has played key hiring roles in companies such as Yelp and has advised 50+ startups. She is a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Certified Career Strategist (CCS) with 2000+ coaching hours. Crystal spends her days working one-on-one with Talent Collective's individual and workplace clients to grow and accelerate their career and leadership paths.
