LEARN ABOUT WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP FACILITATE AND MANAGE RETURN-TO-WORK FOR YOUR WORKERS.\n\n\n\n\n\nResearch by Ontario’s Workplace Safety and Insurance Board has shown that if a worker is not back on the job within 90 days of an injury\, the chances they will ever return to work drop by 50 percent. After a year\, notes the Canadian Society of Professionals in Disability Management\, only 20% return to the job. \nThat’s why it is so critical to design a plan for supporting a smooth and timely transition back to work.
